This product is not waterproof and therefore is not recommended for outdoor use during heavy rain.
We does not provide software or IT support for the real-time GPS monitoring setup. To use the real-time tracking function you will have to open a communication port (of your choice) on your computer. If behind a router you will need to add your IP address and open the port on your router.
Each trackers's IMEI number is unique and can only be used to setup the software on one computer once and ONLY ONCE, which means you can only use the software on that computer exclusively after successfully set it up. This is due to the security requirements of the software and the product.

Got the Package on time, the packaging was easy too open. I swear half the packaging these days is impossible to open and you feel like you are going to damage something when trying to open it. I like to be able to open my product without cutting myself in the process. Many times when I am getting something I open it and they have directions in about 20 languages. with this product the Directions were all english and had little pictures so they were easy to follow. I didn't actually need the directions myself because I found it pretty easy to use. this is just for those who are not necessarily good with technology and might need some help. Overall I have been very pleased with this product in the few days since I got it. 5 stars so far
