The item arrived as advertised and on time.

Everything was great.

The only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 stars is because of the packaging. The product is great, but it arrived in an envelope that looked like it had been stepped on. The box was banged up, but I think the product is fine.

Got the Package on time, the packaging was easy too open. I swear half the packaging these days is impossible to open and you feel like you are going to damage something when trying to open it. I like to be able to open my product without cutting myself in the process. Many times when I am getting something I open it and they have directions in about 20 languages. with this product the Directions were all english and had little pictures so they were easy to follow. I didn't actually need the directions myself because I found it pretty easy to use. this is just for those who are not necessarily good with technology and might need some help. Overall I have been very pleased with this product in the few days since I got it. 5 stars so far

i can actually say that carelectronicsgo hasn't fail me yet. and when they say a product will arrive at a certain day, they are 99% correct. my prodauct was order on june 29, and rec'd on the day that siad i would get it on.
